QUALITY CUP - POOR LOGO REPRESENTATION

The cups are of great quality, very nice. . . however you can BARELY see the imprint of the logo on it, like in certain light it almost is transparent! You should imprint with a dark ink or find a better solution!

The image online when designing this cup is deceptive. It looks like the engraving has a gray or silver color to offset the design from the cup color. They arrived with the silicone sleeve engraved, but because there is no color difference, the logo, website, and phone number are completely unreadable unless you are holding the cup up and moving it around in the light. These are unusable for client gifts. Vista Print is issuing a refund.
