Poor Packaging and Inaccurate Product Preview

Poor packaging: the ceramic mugs are not properly wrapped and protected, and there is no bubble wrap or packing foam. Unfortunately, five mugs are broken during delivery.
Inaccurate product preview: The logo size in product preview looks much smaller than the actual printed area.
