Mugs not printed symmetrically

This was a great deal financially, but we were disappointed in receiving the products. I thought the 2-sides to be printed would be symmetrical, instead one side is approx 2 1/4" from the handle and the other side is approx 1 1/4" from the handle. When creating this project, we could not tell that this was so uneven.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are sorry to hear that your Vancouver White Ceramic Mugs were not printed symmetrically and that the placement did not meet your expectations. Please reply to this email and share clear photos of the received mugs so our team can compare the online design layout with the final print outcome. Once we examine your pictures, we will gladly follow up to look into a suitable resolution for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Quality is excellent and vista print corrected a small error almost before I had the chance to tell them about it!
