Print quality is horrible

I purchased these as an artist who paints and designs products with my scanned and high resolution files of my paintings. Other things I have ordered have been great quality using the same files, these mugs however were blurry and have muted colors compared to the pdf mockup of the product. Definitely did not meet my expectations and now I'm stuck with 36 of them to try to sell to get my money back. Won't order again. Pictures show mockup vs actual product.

Furthermore, we want to assure you that this is not typical of our print quality. Please note that the brightness of images on screen may be different when printed due to the brightness of the screen. Also, reducing the size of the images may change the resolution. Ok but a couple shipping issues

The mugs I received look good on quality and printing. However, 2 mugs did not survive shipping and 1 mug was not my logo and was from someone elses order.
