Print quality is horrible

We are sorry to hear that the printing of the images on the SimpliColor Ceramic Mug – Set of 36 was blurry and the color muted. Furthermore, we want to assure you that this is not typical of our print quality. Please note that the brightness of images on screen may be different when printed due to the brightness of the screen. Also, reducing the size of the images may change the resolution. To address this issue, we have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We hope this helps.
