I ordered twice, with the reassurance from specialists I worked with who confirmed that my order would be aligned correctly per my instructions. Both times failed. I did not have mugs in time for my event and now have 20 mugs I have to dispose of. Very disappointed and frustrated.

We are not happy at all as the logo is not centered. The proof looked like logo was centered on one side and the words were centered on the other side but that is not the case.

Based on our review of the design, the images and text were not fully aligned in the artwork, which resulted in the printed placement you received. For future orders, we suggest using the grid lines available in the design studio to help with positioning and alignment. We also recommend requesting a PDF proof from the editing studio before submitting your order. Viewing it at 100% will give you a more accurate idea of the final print layout and positioning. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the frustration caused.

We placed an order for totes and mugs. The quality of the items is stellar, and better than most competitors'. I have seen. The color on the totes is rich which makes them look expensive, and they have a zipper across the opening, which our clients love. The mugs are thick with a glossy finish which makes our artwork stand out. Everything was created and shipped quickly.
