Cannot handle trasparency or gradients!

Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with how the glowing text on your order printed out. We completely understand how frustrating it is when the final product doesn't match the proof you approved. To provide some clarity on what happened, our printing process uses a CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) color profile, which is standard for physical printing with ink. Digital screens, where proofs are viewed, use a bright, light-based RGB (Red, Green, Blue) profile. Complex digital effects like glows and certain gradients are created with light (RGB) and often cannot be replicated perfectly with ink (CMYK), which can cause them to look flat or print incorrectly. Based on the images you shared, it looks like the uploaded design was not in the required CMYK color profile, which is why the glowing text did not render well in the final print. We absolutely want to help you get a product you're happy with. If you are able to edit your design to ensure it is flattened and in the CMYK color profile, this should resolve the printing issue. Once you have done that, please share the updated version with us. We look forward to making this right for you.
