We’re glad to hear that you’re happy with the tumbler itself, including the metal construction and plastic lining. That said, we sincerely apologize for your disappointment regarding the size of the logo compared to what was shown in the online builder and the promotional images. After reviewing the design, we can see that the logo was extended all the way to the edges of the maximum print area we allow for this product. Due to the printing limitations of the tumbler surface, the final printed logo may appear smaller than it does in the online preview or promotional samples. We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, as it’s very valuable and will be passed along to the appropriate team for review.
