The tumble itself is good. I like that it is metal, and plastic lined. Our logo shows up WAY smaller than the graphic shows when you build it online and even more so verses the sample shown on the "Bullet Thor 16oz Tumbler" promo on the site showing and promoting the cup.

That said, we sincerely apologize for your disappointment regarding the size of the logo compared to what was shown in the online builder and the promotional images. After reviewing the design, we can see that the logo was extended all the way to the edges of the maximum print area we allow for this product. Due to the printing limitations of the tumbler surface, the final printed logo may appear smaller than it does in the online preview or promotional samples.
