Basecamp Duo-end Carabiner Clip

I ordered these for an event to bring motorcycle awareness in honor my son who was killed just under a year ago. They turned out great! They even offered to reach out to assist me in my project. They called but unfortunately I missed the call and was pretty confident in my project so I just submitted it. When we received our package, earlier than expected, I did notice the tape on one side of the box had seperated but not by tampering with it. Upon opening, I noticed they were just tossed in the box with packing paper. Being that theses are small and thin, my husband and I counted them to ensure none slide out in transit. We were short 6. I called and got customer service right away and they made it more than right. Product looks great, price was right and customer service was to notch. Only thing I think they should improve is the put items in a bag in the box, especially when there are many, smaller size items.

I like the carabiner, but I should have printed the image I put on it at the size it would display, as it came out smaller than ideal (my fault, not theirs--just a note to others!). However, I definitely dislike their packaging for this. Every carabiner is in an individual plastic bag with a tag advertising that a portion of the profits goes to Wounded Warrior. I personally don't object to that cause (in fact, I support it!), BUT I am using these for my own nonprofit, and don't want to be advertising for a DIFFERENT nonprofit when distributing my swag! So, now I have to go through and remove those tags off each and every one of them, which is a pain. I might have chosen a different product if I'd known.
