We completely understand your dissatisfaction and appreciate that you sent images with the review so we can investigate your complaint with the carrier in charge. To make up for this, we have processed a free replacement order for a new set of business cards and flyers. The order number will remain the same, and you can check on the status by going to your Order History, under My Account.
