Order Quality Issue
Sep 11, 2026 | Tolga T. | United States United States
Dear Customer Service Team, we are highly dissatisfied with this order, the print quality is well below our expectations and nowhere near the design picture not even close also the logo misaligned. We would kindly request either a partial reimbursement for the current order or a meaningful discount credit toward a future order so that we may try again with the expectation of receiving the quality we originally paid for
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re very sorry that the print quality and logo alignment did not meet your expectations or match your approved design. We understand how disappointing this must be. That said, we’ll be reaching out to you via email to gather more details and work with you toward a resolution. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.

The keychain itself was of decent qualit for the price however a large portion of the order had the printing miss aligned. Some were near the top and others near the bottem not many had our logo placed in the cender where it should have been
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re glad to hear the keychains themselves were of decent quality, but we’re sorry that many of the logos were misaligned and not centered as expected. We understand how frustrating it is to receive pieces with the printing positioned inconsistently. Please send us clear photos showing the misaligned logos, and we’d be happy to look into this further and find a solution. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to resolving this for you! If your request is urgent, and you need immediate assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support team directly at: https://www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/. We’re here to help!

I purchased the light-up keychains for my tenants when I turn over the keys. They’ve been a hit! They’re cute, practical, and a nice little way to keep PMI East Atlanta top of mind!! My tenants really like them, and I’m very pleased with how they turned out.
