Small print area for lanyards large width

The print box area seems a little small for the wide width of the lanyard itself. I used the entirety of the print area, but since it’s a rather wide lanyard, the print looks a little oddly small.

Upon reviewing the specifications, the designated print area for this Lanyard model is 0.75" x 6". Based on the design layout, it appears the font height used did not fully accommodate or utilize the maximum 0.75" height, which can make the print appear smaller relative to the overall width of the lanyard strap.
We want to make sure you are satisfied with the final look of your product! They came out even better than we had expected.

While I'm pleased that's the product arrived prior to the scheduled deadline, the printing is atrocious. I have attached a picture. These were supposed to be giveaways for a volunteer appreciation event. The top and bottom lines of our logo are illegible. I'm very disappointed.
