Round Button – 2.25 Diameter with Safety Pin Clasp

I created artwork that had the correct bleed and dimensions for these buttons, but when they arrived, the underlying white layer was showing around the edges, like my graphic was scaled down and shifted. Apart from the printing error, the buttons themselves seemed fine and my text even had a slight tactile nature to it which was nice. I requested a replacement shipment after the service rep verified the printing error, and I let them know that I absolutely needed the replacements by a specific date since I was heading to a conference with the buttons and wanted them before I left. The replacements were made, but only had a shipping label created the day before the date I specified that they had to arrive, and the tracking came through saying that they would arrive 5 days later, rendering them completely useless since I'd already be well into my trip. They were supposed to overnight them after the replacements were made, but the shipping got stuck on Economy, and they were unable to change it after the label was made, and making a shipping address change would delay the shipment by another week. So now I have buttons with printing errors for the conference and that's all. I got a refund for this whole mess, but won't be using VistaPrint again.

Came in super quick, affordable and quality

all was good except there were white margins on some buttons when there should be none. i asked for help on that as i'd like to order more. still haven't been able to get response or relief. please call me guys!

I got these buttons for a convention. They were a hit. Great print quality!
