Do not order from vistaprint

I placed a bulk order over the summer and multiple items were damaged upon arrival or had quality control issues. I had to have buttons I ordered resent - 3 TIMES, and they still kept having quality issues with the same error (image errors, multiple button backs broken), despite guaranteeing a quality specialist team would remedy the situation. They received photos of the errors, confirmed the proof was correct, didn't submit tickets correctly, didn't offer to expedite after the second replacement, and now it's OCTOBER and I still don't have a quality product. They refunded one part of the order in full (set of stickers) after a replacement was sent, and with the buttons, three packages later, said they could only give me a 30% refund which was garbage. They finally refunded me the full amount for the buttons and now I have three bags of broken/useless buttons because of their poor-quality team process. It's a joke, and I highly recommend folks steer clear of Vistaprint. Go with a local shop instead, because this whole experience was unacceptable.
