Jumbo Power Clip

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the printing was hard to read on the Jumbo Power Clip. From our review of the design, there was too much unused space on the sides of the print area, and the amount of detail was too much for the size of the print area, which is 1.38" x 1.5". We recommend that you adjust your design to make the text size bigger and place a new order. You may also need to reduce the size of the logo or remove some of the information. The full bleed size of your design should match the print area above to use up the space. Furthermore, when creating your design, we suggest that you download a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order. This is available in the editing studio, in the upper left corner when you click on the product name. When viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. For graphic design help, we recommend our design services: www.vistaprint.com/design. We trust this was helpful to you.
