Chip clip review

The chip clips came out terribly. My logo is so tiny on it that it can hardly be read, and the QR code was so faded that it cannot be scanned. The color is nice but unfortunately they cannot be used for marketing purposes, which is what I had ordered them for.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear that the logo and QR code on the clips turned out to be too small. We've done some checks and found that the clip was created with uploaded images. We are unable to increase the size of the logo because it is already taking up the entire size of the print area, but we can increase the size of the QR code to make it readable. We are happy to help by providing you with a free replacement order. Please confirm if you'd like us to make the change to the size of the QR code and proceed with the new order. If you are unable to make the changes on your own, we have a design team that may be able to assist you. Feel free to reach out to them directly via www.vistaprint.com/design.

United StatesToo small to see the logo
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re sorry to hear that the logo on your Power Clip was too small to see clearly. The available print area is only 0.5" x 1.5", and the current design fills most of the space from top to bottom, leaving limited room on the sides. Because this is a relatively small print area, special care needs to be taken with the design to ensure the logo and other details remain visible and legible. For further assistance with design possibilities, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support team directly at: https://www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/. We’re here to help!
