I really like this little pen and pad set. I also like the printing job with only one issue. It's off center. I'm guessing they were following my image to the letter, but it would have been nice to get a phone call or email to check to see if the positioning was accidental or intentional. If I had known how off center the image was going to be, I would have changed it. I will still give them out, but it will be with a disclaimer until I go through this initial inventory. I am checking that I would recommend this product, but I will be very careful with my image placement from now on. I'm checking that off as my own research and development.
