When putting my logo on, I made sure to stretch it to cover the entire box that was "printable area". When I received them, the printing only covers a little more than halfway around the pen. It could have been much larger. It's so small it's hard to read. The pens themselves are just standard Bic pens. They still struggle to keep a smooth solid line when using them. Especially in cold weather. You have to rewrite several times over before you get a solid line of ink our of them. Will definitely be purchasing a different product next time.

We understand your concerns regarding the size of the printed logo and how it appeared smaller than expected on the pens. For this product, the maximum printable area is 0.75 by 2.13 inches. While your design did fill the entire printable area available, pen products have a limited space for customization, which can make designs appear smaller and restrict how far around the pen the print can extend. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pen performance. Your feedback about the writing experience, particularly in colder conditions, is valuable and will be shared with the appropriate team.
