I love the finished product. The pen is professional looking and writes quite nicely. I will be happy to hand these pens out. I am impressed with the pen and the overall look. One thing that would make me reconsider purchasing products from VistaPrint is the shipping. I know you do not have control over how the products were handled during shipping, but I would suggest looking into the carrier. Half of the pens were open and had scribbled on the box. These pens come with protective tips and for them to be open and without tips on them, they had to have been handled poorly. One pen was even broken in half, and these are sturdy pens.
