Logo on website that was approved looked great. Printed version on pens that arrived don’t look good. Not the first time this has happened where approved image online doesn’t look like product that arrives.

The logo and type set are so small one needs a magnifying glass to read it. I’m sorry that someone in the art department didn’t reach out to me. I spent a lot of money recently with business collateral. I had no idea the text would be so small and entirely unreadable.

As shown in the design studio during the customization process, the available print area for this pen is 0.63" x 1.75". Because of this limited space, any logo and accompanying text will naturally appear small once printed. In this case, the logo elements and the amount of detail included — particularly finer or intricate text — contributed to the final result appearing difficult to read.
Our production process prints the artwork exactly as approved in the design preview. The preview reflects how the design will fit within the imprint area, which helps set expectations before checkout. For future orders, we recommend carefully reviewing the design space dimensions and preview, and considering simplifying artwork or enlarging key elements where possible to improve legibility on smaller promotional items. The only issue i had is we did black logo on the blue pen. I think I thought it would be white so its hard to see but the product itself is nice.
