Pens arrived and the print was not set correctly, I'm very unhappy with the print. The pen however is writes nicely.

This is not the type of service we want you to receive, so we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We're happy to make things right by placing a free reorder for another set of pens. You should receive the order within a few days.

This was my second pen order from VistaPrint and was essentially a reorder, though the exact same pen was no longer available and I enlarged the logo a bit this time around. The printing was not as straight and clear as the first round, but I'm overall pleased with the end product. These pens write very well and I love being able to have blue ink.
