We're sorry to hear that there was an issue with the print being off centered on the product and can understand your disappointment. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the image was not centered within the print area and so this would have been why the pens were printed the way they were. Sadly, ordering and printing is mainly automated and so no one really goes in to check on an order once it's placed. We normally recommend that the product looks the way you would like for it to print before ordering due to this matter.
