Cougar Ballpoint Pen

Very easy ordering process. Nice quality pens for the price. Liked being able to customize it with my business logo. Will order again.

I feel like this order was adequate. The ease of navigating the website and customizing my order was a beautiful thing. And the quality or pen and ink is good. The one drawback leaving me frustrated is the artwork mock up to the actual product delivered. I read and reread the specifications given on the website for size of artwork file. I followed the specifications and the mock up showed it aligned and sized beautifully. . . then when pens arrive, I find the artwork smaller and off centered compared to the mock up. I was disappointed at the change, but they still have my design and write; so I call it a win.

I bought these pens because I wanted people to see my website address. Now, I feel like I’ve hired a marketing team that only works for ants. I gave them the specifications, and they gave me a font size that requires a telescope or a very dedicated bird of prey to read. If my customers can't see the logo, I haven’t bought a promotional tool; I’ve just bought a bunch of secret sticks that happen to leak ink. The quality of the pen itself is subpar. It writes, but it feels like it’s reluctant to be there, much like me at a party where I don’t know the host. I don't recommend these to anyone unless your target demographic is people who carry magnifying glasses as a hobby. I will not be returning to this brand because I prefer my advertisements to be visible to the human eye without medical assistance.
