its not great but was good to have in a pinch. very reasonable for the price, if i had more time though i would have spent more on a nicer one

The process was so easy. The "logo" had already been previously uploaded, so all I had to do is choose the color and amount and I was off to the races. We use these pens all the time at our church and they are everywhere in the lobby for people to fill out cards for new people and such, as they are used a lot.

Ordered this pen because our usual was out of stock. The sample design looked great on the computer, but in real world, the type was so tiny even though the wording was enlarged as much as possible on the design page. The pens are used to promote our non-profit organization. Experienced GREAT! customer service when calling Vista Print for an exchange. Thank You VistaPrint for your uncomplicated assistance.

These are great! Write nice. Will be a great marketing tool for our optometry office.

I ordered relatively cheap pens for our front desk with just our logo. About 2 weeks after placing the order, I received an email saying that it had been canceled with not explanation. Immediately after, I received and email saying that we had been credited the full price. I had to contact Promotique to get answers. They reversed the cancellation and I received the order. Every pen has a white smudge on our logo. I am very disappointed.
