We order pens from Vista print for the first time and the time we ordered them till we received them was. around a week so very fast for production and delivery most other companies is quite a bit longer than that for delivery! We love the colors and quality of our pens and our customers love them too!

Wrong ink color, again

I specifically ordered blue ink, but got black ink. I chatted with customer service who acknowledged that I should have received blue ink. So, the it was reordered. The pens arrived, and they are black ink AGAIN. At this point, I do NOT want more of these pens. Frustrated by the process.
