Curva Softy Gel Pen with Stylus

We sincerely regret that the logo on your pen is not visible and that the final item did not match what you saw in the digital preview, leaving you with an unexpected result. We always print files exactly as they are submitted by the customer. To help achieve the desired outcome and avoid contrast issues like this in the future, we provide a variety of helpful design tips, tools, and layout guides on our website. We also encourage customers to reach out to us via our feedback form if something in the preview looks concerning before production begins. To help us review what happened with your preview versus the final product, could you please provide an image of the pen along with your order number. If your request is urgent and you need an immediate solution, please reach out to our Customer Support team via: https://www.vistaprint.com/customer-care/help-center/.
