We regret hearing that the design was hard to read on the Orbia Brights Stylus Pen. Upon reviewing the design, we noticed that the logo did not take up the printing area that was available, but only a small portion. For the best results in the future, we recommend creating your design to utilize the space that is provided for printing. For example, the print area for this pen is horizontal and measures 0.3 x 2 inches. Using a vertical design would not work efficiently on this layout. We are prepared to assist with a replacement order, and we have made adjustments to the pen. The updated version is now in your Shopping Cart.
