I ordered this pen after finding out that the place I ordered my first batch was going to charge almost double for the order. Vista Print had a similar pen and getting my logo on it was so easy! The arrived when they were supposed to and were a great value. They write really well!

I initially really enjoyed the weight of the pen and the first pen I opened was used to write on a box. I was able to write clearly and my primary concern was around the visibility of my logo. However, I quickly misplaced that pen (hopefully good marketing) and the second pen I used showed the flaws in the ink flow. The pen does not write with a consistent flow leaving gaps in the words. This unfortunately knocks down some more stars in addition to my issue with logo visibility. I am a person that collects pens and unfortunately don't even want to use my own business pen, so how can I expect others to use let alone keep.

These pens have a nice weight to them and the writing is smooth. The one thing I didn't like is the logo appeared clearer on the preview online, however not as much on print. This may not be the case with simpler logos.

However, we sincerely apologize that your logo did not print as clearly as you had hoped. Upon reviewing your order, we found that the uploaded text details and images would need to be resized to a larger format to ensure crisp clarity. The design area on this pen is limited to 0.3" in height by 2" in width, which can make small fonts and intricate details difficult to read once printed. While our online product preview is great for checking the general placement, it does not always perfectly reflect how fine details will translate to the actual printed surface.
