For reference, the design space on the Orbia Stylus Gel Pen is quite limited at only 0.3" x 2". After reviewing your order, we noticed that the logo you uploaded contains very small details that were already difficult to read even on the preview. Despite this, you still proceeded to place the order, which likely contributed to the issue you’re seeing on the final product. The design studio also provide engraving tips to help customers achieve the best possible outcome. To help us take a closer look, could you please share a few images of the pens you received?
