I love the pens. The only problem I have is your promise date was way sooner than I actually received them. My first order was canceled and I was given a credit without any other information. I had to call and complain and apparently you couldn't get the stock so instead of contacting me it just said canceled and a credit was issued. I went online and re-ordered another pen and it was supposed to be received in 2-3 weeks and it took more like 6-8 weeks which would have been fine if I was told that up front.
