QR codes need to be fully visible and scannable in one view to function properly. Because pens have a curved, cylindrical surface, the code can become slightly distorted or wrapped around the barrel, making it difficult for scanners to read all parts of it at once. This is why QR codes work much better on flat surfaces like business cards, where the full image can be captured clearly. The image you shared also reflects this limitation. For future orders, we recommend using QR codes on flat products to ensure reliable scanning.
