In reviewing the account we're seeing that the information added to pens is similar to what was on the cards. Please note that based on print area for the pens you would not be able to comfortably fit all that information on the product and so it would have been smaller than expected. As a courtesy, we can help with processing a free replacement for the pens however it would be required the information is no more than two lines and the logo for a visible size print.
