Based on the pictures, I thought the pen was going to be more of a sage green as opposed to the dark green we received.

I received my pens in a timely manner, which were very high quality with our custom logo engraving turning out excellent. The only issue was, about 22% of the order contained non-functioning pens with a few other random prints from another order sprinkled in. Upon filing a complaint, I received and additional order of pens and a full refund which was incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service, just an order fiasco.
