Pros:
- Actual pen is a very nice weight and comfortable
- The ordered customization turned out nice
Cons:
- 1 of the 60 ordered pens arrived without print
- Ink cartridges don't seem real good. Ink does not flow easily/ have to repeatedly scratch pens back and forth on paper to get it flowing.
- Customer service only partially refunded the one pen that arrived unprinted.
Suggestion: order sample pens before a full order.
