The customization feature looks better online than in person, can't see the black lettering like online. All the pens were just thrown into a box and shipped, shipping took wayyy too long at ups , said it would be here at a certain time then kept getting pushed back, said it would be here by 7:30pm i waited til 10pm and no word, nothing changed. That was a Friday.. Monday came along said arrival by 12:30pm.. it was 3pm when it finallly showed up. But that's UPS fault. Selecting pens seemed to be affordable at first. Then getting down to 300 of them for over 200 bucks for cheap pens… but I done it anyway. I'll change some things up if I ever order more pens
