Pivot Recycled ABS Gel Pen

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We acknowledge your feedback regarding the print quality, and while we are glad to hear that you enjoy the feel and ink of the pen, we are very sorry that a portion of your logo was cut off. We want to make sure we get this resolved for you properly. Could you please reply directly to this email and confirm if all 400 pens in your order experienced this same print issue? Once we receive your reply and details, we will be glad to assist you with the best resolution for your order. We look forward to hearing from you.

We are pleased to hear that you found our design support team helpful and that you were satisfied with the overall value of the Pivot Recycled ABS Gel Pens. Regarding the printing area, we noted that the available imprint area on this pen model is relatively compact. We also confirmed that your logo was already utilizing the full printable space available, which can make it challenging to include detailed design elements while maintaining optimal readability. For future projects, you may wish to consider our Design Wrap Ballpoint Pen, which offers a significantly larger printable area and provides more space for logos, text, and branding elements to stand out more clearly.
