We're really glad to hear that the pens feel great, look premium, and overall meet your expectations — but we're truly sorry that so many arrived with blue ink marks. That’s not the quality we want you to receive, especially for items meant for a charity.
To help us take a closer look and make this right, could you please share images of the pens showing the blue dots and the one with the ink “blur”?
