Can't see the logo

We have used Vistaprint for tons of things since we rebranded. We have been happy with the items we have purchased. These pens write great! They are smooth and feel nice in your hand. However, the printing on them is barely visible. We had other pens from Vistaprint, with the same logo printed on them, exact same file, and they were very visible. So just know that these are not going to show off your logo at all. I'm disappointed with my purchase.

We are sorry to hear that the logo on the pens turned out to be too hard to see. Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the logo is more vertical. To get the full advantage of the printing area on the pens, we recommend making the logo more horizontal. Once this is done, re-upload the image and reply to this email. The pens arrived in a timely fashion, and the inscription was clear and legible. For a little over a dollar a pen, it would have been nice for the pens to feel more durable. So far, they have been working well.
