I didn't know that it was a barrel and cap pen - my fault for not reading the description closely, as it wasn't clearly stated. Quality is okay for the price. Had to throw 1 pen out due to the ink leaking. I also had to tighten each pen where the ink was inserted and wipe off ink from the tips.
