I am very happy with this purchase. Our logo looks beautiful, and the pens are really comfortable to hold. I'm not sure exactly what the "soft touch" is, but everyone really loves them! The ink is nice and they seem to write nicely as well. Time will tell how long they last, but for now we are pleased.
