Was given a proof that was clear and easily readable. Was told multiple times over chat it was clear and readable and would appear as it does on the proof. Received them and the words are unreadable. Was a waste unfortunately.

Poor packaging

When I opened my box the pens were just thrown in there. A couple of them bursted and a few of them didn’t even have the ink pen piece inside the metal. I can’t even use any of them because the inks spreading. Very upsetting.
