Good casing, but ink was dried up on most.

The design and ease of use of the casing is good, but at least 3/4 of the ink cylinders were dried up and had to be replaced right out of the package. Given the time it took to try each pen to make sure it worked and replacing the ink for the pens that didn't work, it was somewhat frustrating.
