Half the products I ordered I received. Still waiting on the other half two weeks later. The products I received are great and are good quality. The website and program to design and order is glitchy and frustrating. Definitely not the most user friendly experience when changes are needed, as you have to recreate the design from scratch if you want to change any aspect of the order.
