Like these pens alot so do customers - great promo item

I use this product for my estate planning consultant and insurance business. I spoke with a representative to create the design of the pen, and I asked him to make the print big enough for senior citizens to read. However, the print is so small that I cannot read the job title or email on the pen. I actually thought the logo would be on one side and the name, job title, phone number, and website would be on the other side, but I was wrong. They were written side by side instead. Additionally, I asked him to use the color orange since he couldn't use amber, but he ended up using yellow instead. I also gave him permission to use a black or white background, whichever made the print show up better, and he did use black. However, I'm unable to read all the print. If possible, I would like to return the product.
