Thanks for your feedback, we’re sorry to hear the pens didn’t quite meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when the final product doesn’t match your vision. The logo size and one-sided printing are both valid concerns. For reference, the printable area on the pen is limited to 0.5" x 1.5", which can make smaller designs appear even more compact in print. Additionally, most of our pen styles are set up for one-sided printing by default, and we appreciate your note about the design experience, we’ll be sure to share your feedback with our team.
