Upon reviewing your order, we found that the uploaded text details and images would need to be resized to a larger format to ensure clarity. The design area of the pen is limited to 0.75" in height and 1.5" in width, which can make small fonts and intricate details difficult to read once printed. In this case, the uploaded file did not fully utilize the available design area. While the product preview provides a visual representation, it does not always reflect how fine details translate to the actual printed surface. For future designs, we recommend simplifying artwork and adjusting text sizes to fit the product’s dimensions. You may also consider separating the logo and text into two uploaded images, which allows you to maximize the available design area and improve legibility.
