We want to provide some clarity on what happened. Regarding the color, the customization on these pens is done through laser engraving. This process removes the top pink coating of the pen to reveal the metallic material underneath. This is why the logo and details will appear in a metallic color rather than being printed with black ink. As for the shipping, you are correct that the quantities were very strange. For an order of this size, the pens should have been in 3 boxes with 350 pens each. Sometimes, parts of a large order are shipped in batches as soon as they are finished with production, which can lead to these unusual counts. We sincerely apologize for the confusion this caused.
