The pen itself was ok. The text on the pen is barely readable and was supposed to be engraved not painted or inked. The pen received was much smaller than the proof.

We regret to hear that the text on the stylus pen is barely readable and that you are unhappy with the printing method. Based on our checks, we saw that there are too many texts along with the logo for the size of the print area. The design method used was laser engraving (smooth, light surface etching). Also, most stylus pens are smaller (5.41 in) than the standard size. Feel free to contact us directly for any further assistance.
