the QR code doesnt work printed on the pen

We are sorry for the disappointment caused by this. We want to clarify that for a QR code to work properly, the entire code must be visible to the scanner at one time. Due to the small print area placeholder size 0.30" height by 2.00", and the curved surface of pens, the QR code has lost clarity and may have been distorted during printing. We are happy to help recommend more suitable products or layouts for QR codes in the future. You may also consider revising the pen design. Very nice. This is my first time ordering Aluminum pens. My past purchases were plastic. I love these. Nice logo placement and sturdy pens. The only issue is the clip does not line up with the side metal piece. Issue for picky users.
