I've been using vistaprint for about a year and a half now and I have had no issues so far. The first time I placed an order, there was a mess-up with the spelling of names on a mug and they were able to ship a new one to me in a matter of days. I work at a university where we are always looking to print things with our university on them, and not only do they come out clear, but I love the feature where you can see what it will look like.
