Banner with t-posts

I ordered this as a temporary community sign and it turned out great! Ordering was quick and easy, and the items arrived promptly. These banners are high quality and very useful.

These are heavy duty poles with tabs at the bottom to hit them in with a hammer and are heavy like a stop sign pole

I ordered these banner poles for an event. The are painted green and are heavy duty steel similar to a stop sign pole. They have steel tabs on either side at the bottom that allow the user to hit them into the ground with a hammer. The photo does not do a great job of showing how thick they are and how heavy. They probably weigh about 30 lbs a piece if not more. The image for the advertising shows an L shaped shadow on either side. These are not those types of poles. These are green, free-standing poles that have no L shape at all. Imagine a stop sign pole in the ground--that is what these are--minus the stop sign. There is no angle at the bottom to keep them upright. For the money---the quality is unbeatable. But if you want a free-standing L bracket for each side these are not them.

Disappointed

Item wasn’t as pictured. Pictures “L” style which is not what you get.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We're sorry for the confusion regarding the T-Posts and understand why the product may have appeared different from what you expected. The photos on the product page show a pair of straight T-Posts. There may have been some confusion caused by the shadow or reflection of the installed sign, which can make the posts appear to have an “L” shape. As stated on the product page, to install the T-Posts: Place the post in grass or soil with the green end facing down. Push or drive it into the ground using a mallet or post driver, going about 1/3 of the total height (approximately 2 ft for a 6 ft post). Secure the post until it is firm and straight. We apologize for any misunderstanding and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I ordered a banner and stickers for my family foundation. Everythink came back in high quality and it was super easy. I plan to use it again.

Please use a different photo

I thought I was buying a self sustaining stand. The shadows casted on the ground makes this look like an all in one stand!
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion caused by the product photo and understand how the shadows in the image may have given the impression that the 6ft T-Posts included a self-supporting or all-in-one stand. We’d appreciate the opportunity to better understand your concern. If possible, please provide a photo of the product you received, including the stand and any other components, so our team can review this further.
