We don’t recommend it. Water can reduce the effectiveness of the suction pads.
First, make sure the suction cups are free of dust and dirt. To keep them in place, clean the surface with soap and water and wait for it to dry. Press the cups firmly against the surface and that’s it, they’re tightly sealed and ready for use.
