Thank you for your review. We regret hearing that the QR code does not work on the Custom Car Magnets. From our review of the QR code, it appears to be broken, as we were also unable to scan it online. We recommend that you recreate the QR code and check to see that it works properly, then place a new order with the updated file. Also, the code is blurry, and the overall design did not extend all the way to the full bleed size. To eliminate extra space around the design, we suggest creating your design at the full bleed size, which is 18.25" x 24.25".
